Lantern Fair lyser opp for kinesisk månenyttår
Jan. 20, 2022 southwest China's Sichuan Province, a lantern fair is held to celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year in Zigong, which is famous for lantern-making. The history of lantern shows in Zigong can be traced back to the Tang (618-907) and Song (960-1279) dynasties, which have now developed into a cultural activity with performances and night markets.
Så langt har Zigong holdt lanterneshow i over 80 land og regioner rundt om i verden, og tiltrekker seg totalt over 500 millioner besøkende.
